Day Zero

Body Fat: 32.25%

Off to a mixed start. I was hoping that today would be day one, but the husband didn't agree to be a workout buddy until about 15 minutes before he had to leave for work, even though I had asked him about it three hours beforehand. So instead of starting day one of P90X, I just did an hour of Dance Dance Revolution (hour of play time, which does not include time spent waiting for things to load or changing songs, to be clear). So I at least got up and did something. The game estimated my calories burned to be somewhere around 300, but I can't remember the exact number.

Food intake so far today hasn't been great...
Breakfast: 24oz of flavored coffee with equal and two pumps of creamer.
After Workout Drink: One large glass of raspberry crystal light.
Lunch: A bunch of raw broccoli with ranch dressing, and probably about 20 Que Papas with ranch.
Dinner (projected): Romaine lettuce salad with red onions and balsamic vinaigrette.
And then I fully intend on enjoying at least one glass of diet cherry coke and vodka.
